At Laboratorium SVR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare routine. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your printed return form.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
